Roy D. Maybud, attorney at law, E.M.B.L.-HSG, advises and represents his clients in matters of white-collar crime and criminal procedure. He also is active in the areas of commercial and corporate law as well as private clients. Roy D. Maybud also has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of compliance, client documentation and the Anti-Money Laundering Act. In addition to his legal practice, Roy D. Maybud is a disciplinary judge for the Swiss Football League. He previously worked for over ten years as an independent attorney in the French-speaking part of Switzerland (Fribourg), for two years as CEO of a multiclient family office in Lucerne and the last five years as partner of imkp attorneys. In the Swiss military, Roy D. Maybud holds the rank of a lieutenant-colonel and is President II of the Military Court 2 as well as deputy head of education.
Prior to that, he carried out the functions of examining magistrate and chief prosecutor for the Military Court 4. Roy D. Maybud's academic credentials include an Executive Master of European and International Business Law (University of St. Gallen HSG), Certificates of Advanced Studies (CAS) in White Collar Crime and Forensics (public prosecutor's academy, University of Lucerne), and a certificate in «Negotiating Difficult Conversations» (Harvard Law School, Negotiation Institute). Roy D. Maybud is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations, the Swiss Criminal Society, the Economic Criminal Law Association e.V. (WisteV) as well as the Criminal Defense Stand-by Services in the canton of Zurich. He advises his clients in English, German, French and Italian.

Attorney at law Dr. Martin A. Kessler’s main fields of expertise include civil law and civil procedure with a focus on contract and liability law as well as criminal law and criminal proceedings. Furthermore, he advises our clients on cases concerning insolvency law. Besides frequently publishing articles on topical issues and practical challenges in law journals, Dr. Martin A. Kessler also lectures at the University of Basel and the KV Zurich Business School. Amongst other things, he is a co-author of “Schweizerisches Haftpflichtrecht” (a book on Swiss liability law) and a co-author of “Orell-Füssli” company law - Kommentar (Art. 650 – 657 OR, the “Basler Kommentar zum Obligationenrecht I” (Art. 41–49, Art. 52–59a und Art. 61) and of the “Basler Kommentar zum Strafrecht II” (Art. 195–197 StGB; since the 4th edition).
